Registered Nurse/ACT

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse/ACT for our CMP Assertive Community Treatment Team serving Lehigh and Northampton Counties. ACT is a multi-disciplinary team which provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare srrives to adult consumers in the community. The nurse coordinates and implements psychiatric and medical services in conjunction with other members of the team. This RN needs to be a fully integrated team member providing direct clinical services to consumers in the community as part of a
multi-disciplinary team. On-call is required for this position. This position requires weekend and evening shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• PA licensed Registered
• Nurse RN-C preferred
• Valid Driver’s license
• Experience with Adult Psychiatric patients is required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and/or 12 credits and 3 year experience in Human Service Field

Salisbury Behavioral Health Inc. is accepting resumes for Resident Advisor’s for AWAKE overnight positions at our Personal Care and Supported Living Programs. Our programs are located in Lehigh, Northampton and Monroe counties.

• A Resident Advisor is responsible for:
• Hour by Hour checks on all residents and the site throughout the shift.
• Medication Monitoring as needed.
• Possible transportation as needed.
• Cleaning and cooking.
• Assisting consumers with ADL’s and other needs during the shift.

Requirements

Applicant must have some familiarity with psychiatric treatment modalities, supportive counseling and group facilitation techniques. Some education, training and experience dealing with the special needs of adult, mentally ill patient required. Appreciation of a person-centered approach and the creativity, familiarity with community resources necessary to  assist client with life-enhancing personal goals.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL INDEPENDENTLY
