Community Residential Rehabilitation

Our Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) is a strength-based program that seeks to maximize an individual’s potential and quality of life. Individuals that join our program are adults that have experienced challenges living in the community independently. Their needs may include, but are not limited to, mental health education, assistance with ADL’s, medication education, appropriate social skills, and nutrition, which are currently restricting their independence.

Residents are assisted in identifying their strengths, needs, and developing self-defined goals designed to promote growth, independence and quality of living.

Residents of the CRR participate in a variety of groups and activities which increase their skills and empowering them. The CRR staff works closely with other divisions of Salisbury Behavioral Health to provide individualized recovery support.

CRR is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
