Kim joined Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc in April 2005 as the Northeast VP/COO. She assumed the CEO role in 2009. Kim received her BA in Psychology from Cedar Crest College. Kim currently oversees all Adult Mental Health Programs in both Northeast and Southeast Divisions.
She received an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. She has been a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner since 2004. Kim has worked in the Human Service Field for the last 17 years in a variety of clinical, administrative, and executive positions.

John Bulman is the VP/COO for Salisbury Behavioral Health’s Southeast Adult Division. He joined SBH in 2001 to open Durham House LTSR and after assuming a series of positions of greater responsibility he was promoted to VP/COO in 2009.
John received a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from West Chester University. He earned his Masters in Social Work in 1980 from University of Pennsylvania and was a National Institute of Mental Health Fellow from 1978 to 1980. He has over thirty years of experience in opening and operating Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse programs in South New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Cindi has been with Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc since July 2005 and currently oversees the operations of Psychiatric Rehabilitation site and mobile programs in the Northeast Division of Salisbury Behavioral Health. This includes the Blended Case Management, Peer Support and Assertive Community Treatment programs within the Lehigh/Northampton and Pocono locations as well as Lakewood PCH, Mt. Pocono CRR and HUD housing program grant.
Cindi received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Misericordia University in 1979 and her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Scranton in 1983. She has worked in the Human Service Field over 30 years, working with children, adults and geriatric populations. She currently co-chairs the Office of Mental Health Substance Abuse Adult Advisory Committee.

Eric Bigelow is the Operations Director for the Southeast Adult Mental Health Region for Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc. Eric Bigelow began working for Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc. in 2005 as an LTSR Program Director. In 2008 Eric Bigelow received the Chester County Gold Standard Award for excellence in Promoting Recovery-Oriented Practices.
Eric Bigelow received his BS in Psychology from Florida State University and MS in Counseling Studies from Capella University. Eric Bigelow has been working in the Human Services field for 18 years. He has spent most of his career as a program therapist for individuals dealing with the challenges of severe and persistent mental illness.

He oversees the daily operations of the 3 Personal Care Homes, 3 Supported Independent Living Programs and a Community Residential Rehabilitation Program. He holds an Administrator license from the Department of Public Welfare for the Personal Care Homes. He also serves as a member of the Certified Safety Committee and is a Certified Investigator for Salisbury Behavioral Health. Prior to joining Salisbury, Ed has over 20 years experience in Behavioral Health working with adults and adjudicated youth.

Kathy Woodring is Operations Director at Salisbury Behavioral Health, Northeast region. She has worked in the human services field for seventeen years. Her career at Salisbury Behavioral Health was launched in 1998 as a crisis worker. She has worked through the ranks and in 2004 was promoted to Operations Director. She oversees the Supported Independent Living Programs, Personal Care Homes, and Clubhouses in Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
She has been a key player in the development, growth and success of the residential and clubhouse programs. Under her leadership, in 2010 Salisbury Behavioral Health opened the Landings, medically fragile program, the Drop-in Center in Easton and completed the Fountain Street SIL expansion.

Jessica Hummel is the Program Director for the Cherry Hill Lane LTSR Program. The LTSR program is a division of the Southeast Adult Mental Health Region for Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc. The Cherry Hill Lane LTSR Program is located in Chester County.
She received her BS in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and her M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University. Prior to becoming Program Director, Jessica was the Social Worker for the Cherry Hill Lane LTSR. Her previous experience includes working with families whose children were receiving mental health services and doing therapy with children in an outpatient setting.

Mariah Manning is the Program Director for the Durham House LTSR Program. The LTSR program is located in the Bucks County Area.
Mariah received her BA in Psychology from Elizabethtown College and then obtained her MA degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. Mariah worked previously as a Mental Health Therapist for the Durham House, LTSR. Before joining the Durham House team, Mariah did individual and group work with adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties.

LaChonda Collins is the Director for Partial and Peer Specialist Programs located in Glenside, PA.
LaChonda Collins received her BS in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University. She later received a Master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University. LaChonda previously worked as a therapist at Northeast Community Center in Philadelphia, PA. In 2001, she started as a therapist in the partial program at Salisbury Behavioral Health Inc. previously called Milestones. Later LaChonda became Assistant Program Director of the partial program before becoming Program Director of the partial program and peer specialist program.
